Contribute: Help improve Home of One

Home of One grows through open source. Care to join in?

Here’s how to help

Whenever you see this icon, there’s a link to a social version of that particular text. The link goes to a version of the document on Google Docs where anyone can comment inline. You can’t edit directly, so don’t worry about deleting anything by accident. Simply select the text you have ideas for, and add your comment. Our editors will take a look and respond as soon as they can.

In particular we’re looking for …

  • Proofreading

  • Skilled editing

  • Comments

  • Concrete suggestions for better wording

  • Inconsistencies

  • Qualified thoughts and reflections to strengthen the document

What we’re not looking for …

  • General discussions, these are better suited for our online forum in our Members Area

  • Materialist, dogmatic or religious critique

Thanks for helping us improve Home of One!

Why open source?

All the primary texts of Home of One are offered ‘as is’ and as open source. Next to each of the main volumes there is a link to the social version, where anyone can comment and suggest changes. The social input will help form the basis of future versions. Notice that each text is clearly labeled with a version number. These concepts, known from both software development and open platforms such as Wikipedia, serve three distinct purposes:

  1. Being honest and humble about the (in)completeness of Home of One. It will never and can never be complete because humanity, language and cognition are limited. Our story is a limited version of the ideal fundamental nature it is pointing towards, and it will evolve along with new scientific and empirical data.

  2. Leverage crowdsourcing to statistically and qualitatively strive for greater accuracy and completeness.

  3. Mirror the fractal or holographic structure of universal consciousness itself where essential knowledge is contained both in one and many. We literally want this to be a Home of One.
