Modalities (modes of self work)

Modalities simply means forms of consciousness that can be practiced by anyone, which can lead to greater quality of awareness as well as greater self knowledge. Some of the modalities are simple to get started with, others are much more demanding and not recommended without proper set and setting, as well as the aid of a trained professionals. For all modalities it is usually true that what you put into them is what you get out, e.g. the depth of the process equals the depth of the result. Most of the modalities can be practiced throughout your life yielding ever greater results.

It takes about 100 hours to learn something, and usually over a 1000 hours to achieve any level of mastery. Be patient and diligent, and we promise you that you will see results. Usually it is recommended to practice several modalities for synergistic effects, but going deep into a practice can also give incredible results. Follow your heart, it knows what you need.

The modalities can be learned by anyone, regardless of faith, age, education or worldview, provided they sincerely want to improve their awareness and discover their true purpose in life. Without this work, it is not sure that the veil of time-space will become transparent and open to the nonlocal realm, but spontaneous awakenings have been known to happen. Some people have what Bergson calls a spiritual immune system. Probably that’s why you are here right now.

The list below is not exhaustive or authoritative and will grow through open source. More information will be added, but for now simply research a modality to learn more and find your own way into it.
